Show Hours: Check in on Saturday is 8:15 am-8:45 am with Judging beginning promptly at 9:00 am. Check in on Sunday will be 8:00-8:20 am with judging beginning at 8:30 am. Public hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday and 8:30-:300 pm on Sunday. If you do not check in each day, your cat(s) will be mark absent. Portage, Indiana is on Central Standard Time, the same as Chicago.
Show Rules: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to familiar themselves with the show rules and breed standards. This show will be scored and operated according to ACFA rules for ACFA Regional & Inter-American awards. A copy of show rules may be obtained at www.acfacat.com or by sending $7.00 to ACFA P.O. Box 1949, Nixa, MO. 65714-1949.
General Information & Sales: The summary sheet must be returned with all entries and entries fees. No sales Cage unless entered in our show. Kittens must be born on or before November 9th, 2012. Show rules state that there will be no kittens less than four months of age allowed in the show hall. No cats or kittens sold for less than $200, Dunes supports only SERIOUS BREEDERS. Kittens & Cats for sale must have proof of litter registration at the show. No sales are permitted from carriers under the table. Also previous cats/kittens that are bought prior to the show or to be picked up must be cleared with the show management and have a sales cage. All household pets over eight months of age must be spayed or neutered. A $50 insufficient check fee will be assessed if a check is retuned for any reason. A $35 fee will be assessed to their entry fees to anyone who enters the show and does not show up and payment is not received by the show date. If payment is not received letter will go to ACFA and the said exhibitor will not be able to enter any shows until said fees are paid in full.
Non-vetted & Health: All cats & kittens must have their claws trimmed or it will be done by a member of the club for a fee of $20 per cat. All cats & kittens must be immunized for feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis, calcivirus, and rabies, at least 3 weeks prior to our show. Please carry your Vet documentation and Rabies Certificate with you when you travel. Any cat or kitten from a household or Cattery where there has been an infectious illness or condition, within 45 days prior to the closing date of our show shall be prohibited from the show hall. This includes all cats & kittens in the show hall. (For sale or show)
Liability: Dunes Cat Fancier’s, Inc., reserve the right to refuse or denied any entry and to remove any person, child, or animal from the Show Hall in the best interest of the show and exhibitors, as per ACFA show rules, Article V. The Dunes Cat Fanciers, any member of Dunes, Woodland Park or any representative of the Park will not be held responsible for loss, damage, or will assume liability for injury to cats, persons, or property of any exhibitor, judge or vendor participating at our show. No night watchman will be on duty and cats will not be permitted to remain in the show hall overnight. As stated before, Dunes Cat Fancier’s has the right to have any entry denied. If asked to leave you will not be refunded.
Awards: Awards will be awarded in all rings. You must be present to claim all final awards unless prior written permission has been given by one of our show managers.
Supplies: Litter will be provided. Exhibitors will be responsible for all other supplies. Single cage (included with entry fee) are 22”x22”x22”. Double cage is 22”x22”x45”. First time showing, please bring cage curtains for sides, back & top of cage. If you have any questions please call one of our show managers. People food will be available for purchased.
Vendors: Please call Juanita Chnupa (219) 762-4159, email: firstname.lastname@example.org. First table $40, additional tables or space $15 each. A signed contract is necessary prior to the show. Prime spaces are booking fast.
Confirmations: Confirmation will be sent via email if available. If you have not received your confirmation by 11:59 pm CST, March 3rd, 2013, please get hold of our EC, Karly Chnupa, to see if your entries have been received. No changes/corrections will be made to the catalog after 11:59 pm CST, March 3rd, 2013.

Entries must be received to our entry clerk by 11:59 pm CST on March 3rd, 2013. We will take the first 200 entries received. It is up to the exhibitor to enter the show and verify the Entry Clerk has received your full entries by the closing date and time. There will be no refunds after the March 1st, 2013.
